Keith J. Williams Law Scholarship for CBSD High School Seniors

Fueled by a passion for the law and a belief that everyone deserves justice, regardless of race, age, gender, sexual orientation, or economic status, Keith J. Williams, Esq. has spent decades defending and protecting the rights of his clients, especially young people in need of a fresh start in life.

As an award-winning criminal defense attorney serving the Bucks County area as well as a Central Bucks School District (CBSD) high school graduate, Keith J. Williams has dedicated his career to giving back to his local community.

To further that endeavor and encourage a passion for justice in the next generation, he has established the Keith J. Williams Law Scholarship for CBSD High School Seniors.

Requirements for Scholarship Eligibility

  • United States Citizen
  • Bucks County Resident
  • Enrolled as a CBSD High School Senior
  • Good Academic Standing
  • Furthering their education as a full-time student at an accredited college, university, or technical school in the U.S. after graduation

Submission Process

By knowing your rights, you can speak out against injustice, hold authorities accountable, and participate in a system designed to protect individual freedoms and fairness for all.

With that in mind, write a 300 minimum word essay on the importance of defending and protecting the constitutional rights of all people in the United States by addressing one or more of the following questions:

  • Have you personally stood up for your rights or the rights of others? How did that turn out? Tell us about it.

  • Have you or someone you know been affected by injustice? How did you respond to this injustice? What type of reform would you suggest to prevent it in the future?

  • What constitutional rights in the U.S. do you think are being infringed upon and why?

IMPORTANT: Please include your name, school, and contact information at the top of your essay. Entries without this information will not be considered.

Entry Deadline: April 30, 2026

Limit of one entry per contestant.
Employees of Keith J. Williams Law and their immediate families are ineligible.

Awardee Announcement

  • The awardee will be announced by May 15, 2026.
  • The scholarship awardee will be notified via email.

  • The awardee and their essay will be posted on our website.

  • The scholarship check will be sent to the awardee’s school.

  • There will be one awardee per calendar year.
