The Annual Keith J. Williams Law Scholarship

As an award-winning criminal defense attorney serving the Bucks County area, Keith J. Williams, Esq. has spent decades standing up for the rights of his fellow citizens, especially young people in need of a fresh start in life.

Through the success of his practice, Keith J. Williams Law, he has been recognized by the Bucks County Bar Association Criminal Law Division with Attorney of the Year honors, including The Star of the Year Award and The Justice Award.

Fueled by a passion for the basic principles of law and a belief that every person deserves justice, regardless of race, age, gender, sexual orientation or economic status, Keith J. Williams Law has successfully represented clients in all of the following types of cases:

Do You Have a Passion for Justice and Want To Help People Fight For Their Rights?

A career in law is a noble and rewarding pursuit, but it requires sincere dedication, perseverance and a great deal of sacrifice. Through this law scholarship program, Keith J. Williams Law is pleased to offer financial assistance to young people who would like to pursue a career in law and seek to attain their goals through higher education.

Requirements for Law Scholarship Eligibility:

  • United States Citizen (or permanent resident)

  • Enrolling or currently a full-time student at an accredited college or university in the U.S.

  • Pursuing a career in law

  • Good academic standing

Application Process:

Write a 500-word essay explaining why you’re interested in pursuing a career in law, addressing the following questions:

  • What does the law mean to you?
  • How did you develop an interest in the legal system?
  • What goals do you aim to accomplish by pursuing a law career?
  • What do you think it will take to accomplish those goals?
  • Why do you think you deserve this scholarship?

IMPORTANT: Please include your name, school and contact information at the top of your essay.

Entry Deadline: June 1, 2024

Limit of one entry per contestant.
Employees of Keith J. Williams Law and their immediate families are ineligible.

Award: $500

  • The law scholarship awardee will be notified via email.

  • The winner will be posted on our website.

  • The scholarship check will be sent to the awardee’s school.

  • There will be one awardee per calendar year.
