Bucks County Youthful Offenders Program

The Bucks County Youthful Offenders Program is a pre-trial diversionary program designed for young adults ages 18 through 24 who have committed a nonviolent, first-offense felony.

Run by Bucks County Judges and District Attorney’s Office, candidates for the program are carefully selected and assessed for the potential to benefit from a second chance and avoid a felony charge on their record.

Upon successful completion of the Youthful Offenders Program, the court will typically reduce the participant’s felonies to lower offenses or eliminate the charges altogether.
